LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY (June 18th, 2025) – The Kings Hammer FC Cincinnati ladies will put their unbeaten streak on the line in a tough test against a Racing Louisville FC squad attempting to keep pace with KHFC at the top of the Valley Division.
Hot off the heels of a Father’s Day draw against Lexington SC, the Lady Hammers make the trip south to Louisville for the first and only time this season. But this isn’t the first time these two squads have matched up.
Earlier this season, KHFC welcomed Racing Louisville to the Lindner Family Sports Complex on two separate occasions. The first was a thrilling 3-3 draw in the season opener for KHFC, and the second came just over two weeks ago when KHFC beat Racing thanks to a lone goal from Abby Townsend.
The Lady Hammers will be hoping for more of the same as a win sets them up in a very positive position for the end of the season. They would be level on points with Racing, however, with two games in hand over Louisville, the top spot in the Valley Division would remain with KHFC with three fixtures to go.
Louisville does enter with some momentum though, as their last match ended in a 6-0 win on the road against Dayton Dutch Lions FC, and they no doubt know that a loss could spoil their chances at winning the division.
Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m., and fans are encouraged to travel to Louisville to cheer on the ladies as they continue their quest for the Valley Division crown! Those unable to attend can still show their support by watching the game via Sports Engine Play.
